In 2007, Judge Burch joined with other community leaders to focus on the issue of substance abuse in our community by participating in the Guilford Academy of Substance Abuse Recovery Advocates (GASARA). The Academy is in collaboration with the Guilford Center, the community, NCEBPC, Greensboro AHEC, and Duke University.
